Rental Rates

To confirm the booking I ask for a 20% deposit at time of booking and then the remainder of the balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival, including the security deposit. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before your holiday, full payment is due at the time of booking.

The booking deposit will be non-refundable and we recommend you obtain holiday insurance with a cancellation clause. If you cancel your booking after full payment has been made we will attempt to re let the property. If we are successful we will return your money, less any costs incurred.

I will also need a payment of £300.00 for the security/damage deposit. Out of this sum £250.00 is for any breakages and £50.00 is for cleaning if the property is not left as you found it. The security deposit does not limit your liability in the event of damage exceeding your deposit. In case of cancellation the security deposit is fully refundable.

We do appreciate breakages can happen so if a glass etc is broken it would be easier for you to just replace the item. If all is well on your departure we will refund you your security deposit within 7 days.

All bed linen, electric, gas and towels are provided. Not included in the rental price is pool towels.
