L'arbre Magnolia (sleeps up to 6 people)

L'arbre Magnolia is a restful retreat from the everyday, offering a well equipped and tastefully decorated gite in a 18th Century building. L'arbre Magnolia is furnished in a relaxed style, with modern decorations and has 2 floors.

The ground floor has a well equipped kitchen, with fitted units, granite worktops, a fitted refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher and toaster. The kitchen is complete with all the amenities you could desire. The kitchen, the ideal place to make use of your cooking talents with fresh products found in local markets. The dining area has an attractive solid oak table with six chairs. The cosy dining area is an attractive focal point for your group to get together over dinner with a glass of wine. Leading off the hall is a twin room with fitted wardrobe and views of the garden. From the window you will hear the calling of many and varied species of birds. Opposite this room there is a WC with wash basin and fitted shower.

A wooden spiral staircase leads upstairs to a large comfortably furnished, spacious living room, with large settees, yew wood furniture, to create a relaxing living area and a log burning fire and traditional oak beam features. There is satellite TV (English channels and French channels) and a DVD player. This level also houses two more large bedrooms, one is a spacious master bedroom with large en-suite.

The master bedroom is beautiful and spacious and offers a soothing and quiet atmosphere. There is also a twin bedroom, with a wardrobe, side cabinets and a chest of drawers. Beds are made up upon your arrival, you just have to unpack your suitcases! From the master bedroom, you can step directly onto your balcony through the patio doors to enjoy the view. There is garden furniture and a parasol where you can take your morning coffee overlooking the countryside or dine 'al fresco'.

In the evening you can do a bit of stargazing because on a clear night, every star in the milky way comes out. You can also catch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your balcony.

The gite is decorated to a high standard with homely touches and quality fixtures and fittings.
