L'arbre Magnolia (sleeps up to 6 people)

L'arbre Magnolia is a restful retreat from the everyday, offering a well equipped and tastefully decorated gite in a 18th Century building. L'arbre Magnolia is furnished in a relaxed style, with modern decorations and has 2 floors.

The ground floor has a well equipped kitchen, with fitted units, granite worktops, a fitted refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher and toaster. The dining area has an attractive solid oak table with six chairs. Leading off the hall is a twin room with fitted wardrobe and views of the garden. Opposite this room there is a WC with wash basin and fitted shower.

A wooden spiral staircase leads upstairs to a comfortably furnished living room, with log burning fire and traditional oak beam features. There is satellite TV (English channels and French channels) and a DVD player. This level also houses two more large bedrooms. One has twin beds and the other is a spacious master bedroom with large en-suite. From the master bedroom patio doors open out on to a balcony for outside dining with table, chairs overlooking the countryside.

The gite is decorated to a high standard with homely touches and quality fixtures and fittings.
