Charming renovated gîte with pool in a beautiful countryside. L'arbre Magnolia is a restful retreat from the everyday, offering a well equipped and tastefully decorated gîte in a 18th Century building.
L'arbre Magnolia is furnished in a relaxed style, with the interior of a modern decoration and has 2 floors. The ground floor has a well equipped kitchen, with fitted units, granite worktops, a fitted refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher and toaster. The kitchen, the ideal place to make use of your cooking talents with fresh products found in local markets. There is also an ironing bard, iron and a clothes airer.
The dining area has an attractive solid oak table with eight chairs and is a good focal point for your group to get together over dinner and a glass of wine.
Leading off the hall is a twin room with fitted wardrobe and views of the garden. Opposite this room there is a WC with wash basin and fitted shower.
A wooden spiral staircase leads upstairs to a comfortably furnished living room, with log burning fire and traditional oak beam features. There is satellite TV (English channels) and a DVD player. This level also houses two more large bedrooms. One has twin beds and the other is the master bedroom with large en-suite. The master bedroom is beautiful and spacious and offers a soothing and quiet atmosphere. Beds are made up upon your arrival, you just have to unpack your suitcases! From the master bedroom, you can step directly onto your balcony through the patio doors to enjoy the view.
There is a patio set and a parasol where you can take your morning coffee overlooking the countryside or dine 'al fresco'.
We can also provide a cot and highchair - by prior arrangement.
