How To Book
Check the availability page to see the dates you would like are still available.
You can book the property by using the booking form on this page and then press book now. Once I receive your reservation I will return your email reserving the property in your name for 24 hours. The booking will not be confirmed until we receive your completed booking form and your reservation deposit.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% will be required to confirm your booking. If you cancel your booking at any time we will attempt to re let the property. If we are successful we will return your money, less any costs incurred. It is recommended that guests take out a holiday insurance to cover loss of deposit or total holiday price due to unforeseen circumstances. The remainder of the balance is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival, including the security deposit.
Once we have confirmed your booking you are all ready to prepare for your holiday here at L'arbre Magnolia.
We can accept payment in Sterling or Euros.

Electricity, gas, water -(We do not have facilities at Rebeyrat Gîtes to charge electric cars and, for safety and insurance purposes, no charging of electric cars is allowed on the property).

Hand and bath towels, tea towels (not pool towels) for the number of people booked.

Use of the shared pool (May - end of September)

Meet and Greet service - where we meet you at the property, walk around the property and show you around and hand over the keys to you.

Cleaning of the property upon arrival.
